Free educational program for women in difficult situations

Who is eligible

Anyone looking to revamp their career and become a part of the tech industry. A particular stream is dedicated to women, especially to women in difficult situations looking to regain their independence and enter or re-enter the job market.

What Cyper provides

• Free educational programs conducted by our experts in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Project Management, Project Coordination, Front end Development, Customer Support, Software Sales and Pre-Sales, and other areas of Software Development and Technologies.

• Equipment provided to program participants (trainees).

• Internship at Cyper that is a part of the education program.

• Employment at Cyper that is offered to Trainees after successful program completion.

Selection and Program

An introductory call between a candidate and Cyper Academy Program onboarding committee. During this call, a candidate gets information about how the program works.

An assessment call between a candidate and Cyper Academy Program onboarding committee. During this call, an onboarding committee makes an assessment regarding an educational path that will be the best fit for a candidate.

A candidate and an onboarding committee decide whether they will move to the next step.

A candidate signs an education agreement and becomes a Cyper Academy trainee.

Cyper Academy provides a trainee with a laptop and other necessary equipment.

A Cyper Academy trainee starts online education at Cyper Academy within the program defined within previous steps.

Starting from the second or third month, Cyper Academy trainee becomes a paid Intern at Cyper, and keeps learning and working on real projects.

After one or two months of paid internship, an Intern transitions to the role of employee.
